Why I do what I do
I am passionate about helping people be free of whatever health concern, illness or pain that burdens them and limits them when it comes to living the life they envision for themselves. When we don't feel well, when we are stressed, fatigued, in pain, or struggling with depression or brain fog, we aren't able to bring our best selves into the world. We are burdened and worried about our health and we have less energy for our work, our relationships and ourselves. I believe that each one of us has a unique contribution to make, but it is harder to express that unique purpose when we are struggling with our health. My purpose and wish is to help people be well and stay well so that they in turn can go out and do the things that are important to them! I look forward to being a partner in your journey towards living the life you always dreamed you would.
About Jade Spring
At Jade Spring all five branches of Chinese Medicine (acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, nutritional counseling, and breath and movement) are utilized to create unique and customized treatments for each patient. Chinese Medicine offers a way to treat the root of the condition instead of isolated symptoms.
Being able to offer holistic and safe healthcare is what inspired Jennifer Stevenson to establish Jade Spring Acupuncture. The name Jade Spring combines combines two ideas:
- healing and protection associated with the jade stone
- the image of renewal, life and flow associated with a spring
